15. Before deciding to prescribe training or to change the content thereof, and before limiting the right of a denturologist to practise his professional activities, the board of directors shall give the denturologist the opportunity of a hearing. For that purpose, the board of directors shall give the denturologist a notice in writing no less than 5 days before the date of the hearing.
